I began my international career in 2018 with Niels International as a prescreening recruiter for cruise ship placements. Soon after, the CEO of a U.S. country club invited me to help present their internship programs to schools and universities, where I also shared my own training testimonial. That experience opened the door to becoming a placement agent guiding students through application documents, facilitating HR processes, and supporting submissions. Since then, I’ve built a career dedicated to helping students secure international opportunities and achieve their dreams.

 Today, we partner directly with hotels, resorts, and hospitality networks worldwide to provide paid internships that combine professional training, cultural immersion, and career growth. Every placement is more than just an internship; it’s a journey of transformation.
